IMERA currently ships throughout Canada.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days or longer.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination
• Package weight
• Shipping method selected

Free shipping promotions may be offered throughout the year.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking information.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us at info@myimera.ca, and we'll help you work with the carrier.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

IMERA is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
